Tour of FQNET-FCC quantum node. This node serves are the central hub node with connectivity to other FNAL nodes including a hands-on public quantum node demonstrator to be build at Lederman Science Center, Argonne National Lab, and Starlight and Northwestern. Setup includes pair sources, entanglement distribution, and state-of-the-art quantum controls using Xilinx FPGA and QICK platform. R&D grade 0.8K sorption fridge and cryostat with state of the art Superconducting Nanowire Single Photon Detectors will be displayed.

1:00 PM - 1:45 PM
Tour of newest FQNET facilities at Integrated Engineering Research Center (IERC). This lab will include integrated state-of-the-art R&D and experiments in quantum networks, quantum sensing, and particle detection. Delivery of dilution refridgerator for superconducting quantum sensor R&D expected in October. Sensor and networking capabilities are integrated in the same cryostat to enable future R&D on distributed quantum sensing and quantum sensor arrays. We will also discuss quantum sensor and quantum networks for HEP applications including dark matter and axion detection, high energy particle detection, and time-resolved intensity interferometry for detection of primordial black holes.
